We also produce a mixture between first quality forages and grains that solve the problem of homogeneity to the customers.

All our forages are NON TRANSGENIC.

Our “forage mix” can be made in base of the next raw materials:

• WHEAT/BARLEY STRAW
• ALFALFA, SUNCURED OR DEHYDRATED
• PELLET OF ALFALFA/STRAW
• WHOLE CEREAL AS BARLEAY, OATS…
• CORN
• FESCUE
• RAYGRASS

All the mixes are made according to customer needs. The most demanded mix we manufacture during these last years are:

• 40% chopped straw + 40% dehydrated alfalfa extra + 20% barley. (Most demanded product)
  
• 50% chopped straw + 50% +dehydrated alfalfa extra.
  
• 50% chopped straw + 20% dehydrated alfalfa extra + 15 % fescue + 15% Ryegrass
  
• 70% chopped straw + 30% of cereal. (Oats + barley + corn + alfalfa pellets, optional add molasses)

Anyway, the final composition will depend on customer needs.

We can load from 18 to 24 tons of bales per 40Hc container, depending the mixture selection by customer.
Our bales have an aproximatelly weight of 600-800 kgs and we load 30 bales per container.

The proposed new products that we offer you is a mixture of different materials to facilitate the management of the daily ration for animals, applying the right proportions between PROTEIN – FIBER – ENERGY. That is, different foodstuffs within a bale with a consequent saving of stocks of single different products. All of them mixed with very high standards of uniformity.
